The Sama Collective is a structured, intensive outpatient mental health rehabilitation program.

It is designed for individuals who:

  • require more than standard therapy
  • are experiencing functional decline
  • can be safely supported in an outpatient setting

This program is for individuals experiencing:

  • Functional decline
  • Emotional dysregulation
  • Avoidance patterns
  • Increasing dependence Increasing dependence that impacts age-appropriate functioning and independence
  • Difficulty engaging with school, university, work, or daily life
  • Social withdrawal
  • Complex presentations not responding to traditional outpatient therapy
  • Difficulty transitioning back from inpatient or residential care into daily life

  • Rebuilding daily routines
  • Restoring sleep and structure 
  • Building insight and self-understanding
  • Developing emotional regulation
  • Improving executive functioning
